Any Day Now
So the countdown is on, we're offically 2 weeks away but at today's appointment my doctor tried to break my water but it didn't work. If she tries to do that again she's going to have to take me to dinner first! Good lord that was painful! I am 1 cm dialated now for the 2nd appointment in a row and I have been scheduled for a induction on Febuary 2nd if I don't go before. Scott has his monthly wine dinner tomorrow night and it's his most popular one so far so I'm sure I'll go into labor tomorrow night. Fortunately, our doctor is on call tomorrow night and Scott has her on strict instructions to "plug me up" until after 9pm when he can arrive. Her reply - the carrot size doubles if you miss the birth. She's a very smart woman.

So exciting. I couldn't imagine them trying to break my water in the doc's office. Weird, but they know what they're doing. I hear once they start messing around down there that it can trigger labor. Good luck and keep us updated!
'Messing around down there' is what sent me into labor that same evening. Good luck!
